Lead Times:
Orders generally ship within 13-16 business days from order confirmation.

Indemnification:
Customer warrants that they have the legal right to use the marks, symbols, and/or designs depicted in the artwork supplied. Customer shall indemnify and hold NRG Active Apparel harmless in any infringement actions as a result of reproducing artwork.
Cancellations:
All orders are considered firm upon receipt of a purchase order, or email confirmation. You will be charged for any work that has begun directly related to your purchase order.
Freight & Taxes:
Orders can ship: UPS or Purolator or Private Courier. We cannot accept liability for the failure of any carrier to fulfill a promised delivery time. We will use other couriers at our discretion. NRG Active Apparel will not accept liability for late shipments to our clients resulting in failure to meet a delivery time. All prices exclude taxes.
Payment Methods Accepted:
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
Terms:
N/30 (on approved credit) 2% per month, will be charged on overdue accounts. All orders are FOB. All orders are COD unless approved for terms. A 50% deposit may be required for all new accounts, or large volume orders.
