RETURN POLICY
You may return most new (undecorated), unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full store credit only (excludes shipping costs). The cost of return shipping will be at the purchaser’s expense. NRG Active Apparel will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Any items which are custom branded with a Team or Organization Logo, School Logo or Custom Personalization of a name or number cannot be returned due to a sizing discrepancy or a customer’s order entry error, as they are custom made and decorated to order at the time of your purchase.
You should expect to receive any refunds within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 1 business day with instructions for how to return items from your order.
SHIPPING
We currently ship Ground service to Canadian addresses only.
When you place an order, you can expect your order to ship within 13-16 business days (unless otherwise stated on the specific items order page). Upon completion of your order, your shipment Tracking Number will be provided to the email address provided at the time of your order. This tracking number will provide an estimated delivery date for your items.
Please note that a standard flat Ground Shipping Rate of $23.00 is applied to all orders not requested to be held for Pickup. NRG Active Apparel (a division of Raised Edge Inc.) reserves the right to contact you regarding the standard flat rate shipping fee alter this shipping rate should your order be requested to ship to a remote area of Canada or if you place a large volume order.
